La Vaquería opened its doors in 2000 as a steakhouse specialized in meat. This concept of traditional grilled flavors evolved to define as it is known today, a Mediterranean steakhouse.


Sebastian Abad has been at the helm of this restaurant since 2008. His kitchen is constantly evolving both in the use of innovation and in the creation of new dishes where he incorporates products from his small vegetable patch.
